"Robert and Jeff did an excellent job installing recessed lights and fans in 4 rooms amidst a crowded workspace as a crew of painters followed behind them and sometimes worked alongside them simultaneously. Robert was flexible and accommodating as I was initially indecisive with how many can lights were needed. He made helpful recommendations and also repaired a light that a handyman was unable to restore to working order. Robert's rates are reasonable and I appreciate how he has accommodated delivery delays. I will definitely continue to call on him for future projects!"

"Vendor responded quickly and gave a fair estimate. The job was completed in the time he indicated. However, the color of the stain was not as preferred. Also, the contractor likes to deal in cash/check directly to him rather than to a company name; I do not like doing that."

"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed.
