"The guys were great. Helped me clean a nightmare of a pool. They came 10 times, they never gave up and their pricing was reasonable."

"There was a terrible storm overnight and my pool and spa looked horrific my pool was green and had a bunch of leaves and branches in it, I was hosting a big party for an engagement celebration the next day, so I was very stressed out, I had called other pool companies and received no response, when I reached out to Marco, he responded right away, was very empathetic to the urgency of my situation and he was able to come first thing in the morning and he made my pool look amazing! He’s a very honest and extremely professional person, I will only ever trust him to work on my pool from now on! He’s the best person you can ever hire to work on any and all of your pool needs!"

"They did a good job. They were very good and I've used them more than once. I would recommend them."

"The men who closed my pool were very friendly and professional. I bought the wrong pool cover and they purchased one for me at a nearby pool store."

"We had a vision of the kind of pool we wanted and PJ made it happen. I gave PJ and a few other pool installers a call. PJ came to my home and listened to my requirements. I got a good vibe from him. He mentioned that he runs a family business. His niece Megan runs the office and his son Joe manages their pool service operations. I decided that PJ provided the best value and contracted with him. He helped to meet the Cook County Health and Building/Zoning permit requirements. A couple months later we have our dream pool. PJ worked with several teams to complete the numerous steps it takes to finish an inground pool installation project. Most of his teams have been working with PJ for over 20 years and I witnessed the experience first hand, as they meticulously measured and executed on each phase. PJ is hands on and directed the most important activities during the installation. PJ is personable, responsive and passionate about his work. As I had questions, he was always quick to reply. I recommend PJ very highly."

"Very good communication and done in a timely manner. Will definitely keep working with them."

"We couldn't be happier with the work Elevation Pool and Hardscape did on our in-ground pool repair! From the very first phone call, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issues we had been dealing with for months — including a cracked shell, worn plaster, and some failing coping stones — and walked us through every step of the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. The crew showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and completed the job within the timeline they promised. The craftsmanship is outstanding — the plaster finish is smooth and flawless, and the repaired hardscape blends seamlessly with the existing surroundings. It's hard to believe it was ever damaged at all."
