The quality of their work can not be matched – from the very beginning they were so responsive to me with each additional question I could think of. I had planned on delaying getting a new roof, hoping to last just a little bit longer, and was in the process of getting quotes - but once I found them I changed my mind and am really glad I did so. After the installation of the new roof, there was no old black roofing material anywhere to be seen on the ground PLUS they even rolled a magnetized device everywhere to pick up any nails that might have been on the ground. "After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties. "
