"We found Torres Roofing to be OUTSTANDING!! You can relax and quit your frantic search right now as I cannot imagine you finding a better roofing company! The three P's--performance, price and personality--check, check and check! They exceeded our expectations and restored our faith that there really are honest, reasonably priced & hard-working companies out there. Hired Orlando yesterday to repair our leaky roof and they came and fixed us up before the rain today. The crew knew what they were doing, did it, cleaned up and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Orlando really was an impressive young man and we will hire him again in the future. I do not hesitate to recommend them to you as I know how stressful it is trying to find the right fit and I can pretty much predict this company will be the answer for you...."

"He came out and completed the work in a couple of days. He repaired my ceiling and roof, where the damage was done. I did ask for extra white paint for the ceiling. He said he would do it, but he never did."

"These guys were right on the ball with coming out and taking over my problem. I had extensive roof damage from the storm and water damage was next for the inside of our house as well. They knew what to do, how to do it, and made life a whole lot better. My repair was perfect and the new roof was on quickly. The price was completely fair and I would recommend them without hesitation!"

"roof leak repair around plumbing air vent"

"Bill identified the leak in the kitchen was cause by a broken seal on a vent on the roof. He repaired it quickly and this was done within 20 min. Highly recommend"

"Great work... Roof was removed and replaced in less than 2 days as promised."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."
