"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"Bill and his crew were very responsive and professional. We have two air conditioning units we needed annual maintenance on. Making an appointment was easy and fast, and their office person was very corteus. When they came, they spent over an hour making sure the units were functional, and gave my son — who was the only person at home at that moment — clear instructions on replacing the filters. The only reason they didn’t quite earn a five is that I had to call them back to have the units vacuumed for the leaves that had fallen in during the winter. I had expected them to do so as part of an annual maintenance service. Bill said that normally they don’t do that, but who else can do it if not them? In any case, Bill didn’t argue, he just sent his crew back in promptly and they quickly vacuumed the units as I asked them to. I will certainly employ Quarry Hills again for the same job next year, and keep them in mind for other plumbing needs. It’s so hard these days to find a responsive and competent plumber!"
