Dan Chapman was prompt and very helpful with providing a estimate with understanding the time crunch. His quote was fair and the best quote we received for building a large backyard patio and repairing our driveway. The work was complete in a prompt and quick manner, with great cleaning up of the site. His crew was very nice and polite, especially when our dog ran over the wet cement in which they had to redo. We would definitely rehire Dan Chapman again for the great work!"

A less reputable company could have taken advantage of the situation. Recently we had the annoying water seepage in our stone foundation. The Leaky Cellar proposed various options to address the situation. They recently installed interior drains. The men were very professional and answered all my questions. For a messy job, they left the basement in good shape. I was very pleased with the work, price, and professionalism. I would recommend them to a friend."
