Then when we had an issue with water in our basement the next day, he came right out, confirmed it had nothing to do with the new water heater, then tracked down what the true issue was (which 2 other plumbers missed) and snaked out the pipe in our basement. Again he was quick and professional, but once he was done, he took the time to talk to us about options for fixing our p-trap in the basement floor. "I got a referral from another plumber who was out of commission for a few months. Jason with Rescue 1 was very polite, direct and came across as honest, based on my existing knowledge of the issues we'd had with our old sump pump in the past and were experiencing again, five years later. Time for a new one. He worked us in for a first stop on a Monday morning after a rainy weekend with more rain forecasted. I know he was super busy as a result, but Jason came and went within 45 minutes, with a new pump installed and cleaned up after himself. That was a month ago and last week, I needed to call him again to help with a drain pipe that had corroded away from its attachment. He again was in and out within half an hour. Both services were very reasonable. I would call him again when we need it!"
