"My washing machine would not cycle correctly.  I called the 1-800 number for Complete Appliance Protection and they said they would send out a repairman.  I asked who they were sending, and they told me the names of two companies they use, so I chose the one located closer to my home.  I was able to call the repairman directly and set up an appointment for that evening!  The repairman came right over, assessed the problem and ordered the part.  Two days later he came over after I got home from work and repaired the machine.  I did not have to pay him anything.  I would recommend that particular appliance repair company to anyone who needed service done at their home. <br>This is the first time I've used Complete Appliance Protection, and I realize it was for a very minor repair.  However, since I have lived in this home for 25 years and some of my appliances are reaching the end of their lifespan, I expect to be using this service more frequently; I hope the next repair goes as smoothly as this one. <br>"

"They are very good. I have had good luck with them. They have gone up in prices since I started working with them. I don't have much to go on, but it has gone up. Their quality is excellent. The workers are wonderful, I can't tell you how great they are. I remember calling him, and someone said I needed to upgraded my box, and he said no you didn't. "<p>My husband and I were very impressed with our service provider, Will.  He obviously takes pride in providing great service to customers. He was friendly, helpful and very professional and had suggestions for us on our appliances - such as maintenance for our LG Washer which had some build up due to fabric softener and suggested a cleaning product which would help the washer perform more efficiently. He found that we had a cracked hose on our washer and quickly ran out and got the part so that we weren't out of a washer over the holidays. Service technician thought that the R-22 leaked out due to previous contractor leaving brass caps off of the fill fitting, but I find that highly doubtful. I have since changed out the furnace and air conditioner, but did not request a quote from this contractor due to this experience."
