"We purchased a "deal" for $79 thru Angie's List to have 3 rooms and a hallway cleaned by this company.  American Heritage got back to us within 24 hrs to set up a date and time to do the work.  I told them at that time that we had extra areas that we would like to have cleaned.  The two men arrived promptly at the agreed upon date and time.  We did a walk-thru of the house and agreed to have a large additional room, closet, hallway, and 32 steps cleaned ($64) and all areas deorderized ($25).  The two men were very friendly, courteous, and professional.  We had moved most of the items away from areas that were to be cleaned, but they also moved a few items.  The cleaning went extremely well.  The carpets in our house are 17 years old and there were several areas that were stained, primarily from pet urine.  They got all of the stains out and they have not reappeared and that has been since the carpets were cleaned a month ago (and the reason that I have waited to write a review).  We have had other companies clean the carpets in the past and the stains always came back!  They also cleaned a small area rug pro bono. <br /> We were extremely pleased with the work that American Heritage did as well as their professionalism and will use them again when we need our carpets cleaned.  I highly recommend them to anyone needing carpets cleaned and treated. <br />"

"The marble in our entryway had no maintenance since installed when the house was built in 1989. The floor was very dull and had a number of spots caused from chemical drops and whatever. It took a day of work and five steps, but the marble was restored to a nice shiny finish. Did a good job of educating us on how to take care of the floor."

"They used steam to clean the carpet but I didn't mind because my daughter will be replacing the carpet anyway. I would basically prefer chemicals over steam. The young men were very personable, quick, and punctual. Overall, they did a good job."
