They were clean, polite, caring and truthful! I can't express my gratitude enough for how hard the guys worked. This is a thankless job, and it stinks more people don't see what I see. Great job and keep on rocking! Love the whole crew! Mr. John Beal I know you are big, but get to know your crew because these guy's make or break peoples opinion of you! "Matthew called us and met with us and gave us a proposal .  We had one more proposal after his.  We liked Matthew best and thought he had a better cover for us.  We called him and he said he would call us as soon as he got supplies in and schedule us to come out.  He did and was at the house when he said he would be.  He had a good crew that finished in a half of a day.  When we met him to pay he got on the roof and took movie pictures of the job all the way around the house so we would not have to climb a ladder to see.  Very helpful to us, as we are senior citizens and it is hard for us to climb ladders.  We did appreciate his thoughtfulness and job well done.

He answered his phone or returned our call quickly every time we had a question. For his siding crew, he hires actual skilled craftsmen who clearly pride themselves on a job well done. They worked from sun up to sun down for six days in the cold wind. And they're meticulous. They cleaned up everything and even wiped the dust from each board before they were finished!
