"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"The job itself was fine. The color was fine, and they did a decent job. I had an area that was cracked that I had asked him about repairing, and he said it was fine and it wouldn’t be a problem. After a winter cycle, that same area needed to be repaired again. I called him and it was excuse after excuse and he never came. We went through another winter and I called again, and it was just all new excuses. Now I have much more cracking and I know that he won’t be returning. If I knew this wasn’t going to hold up I wouldn’t have spent $1000."
