"We contacted Lucky Lawn in desperation after a long period of drought threatened to ruin the lawn we worked so hard to nurture. They came out to our property and provided us with an estimate which was very reasonable for about half an acre. We were lucky that an opening for the install had opened up two days after our initial contact. We were set up and on our way! The install team was on time and extremely professional and knowledgeable about their work. We had nine zones installed and the system was up and running in 3 1/2 hours! And if you've never seen what has to be done, this is terrific! Great care was taken to correctly position each sprinkler head to insure roads, driveways, and the like didn't get watered. Joe told us that when they were done, we wouldn't know that they had been there - and he was right! One of his team helped set up an app on our phone to manage the system and insured it was working properly. The plumbing needed was done perfectly and everything is working beautifully, We are very pleased with our new system. Kudos to a great team!"

"John provided a quote in March and even thought I did not sign a contract for the installation of my sprinkler system until the end of May, John honored his quote. I felt it was a very fair price. The installation was completed in June. I had couple of issues with the system, they promptly came out and corrected the problems. I just recently did a core aeration over this past Labor day weekend. unfortunately I hit 6-8 spots that had to be repaired. I emailed John on Labor Day 9/7/20. He called me back Tuesday morning 9/8 and the repair was completed by 2 PM Tuesday 9/8/20. His staff is always very professional and polite."

"Optimist Technician, Jerome McCarter, came out diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He was punctual, professional, thorough and respectful. He also gave me tips on maintenance of the system. I was delighted that he got the system up and running as it was extremely hot in the house. He did a great job."
