"We had New Image Remodeling reshingle (with complete tear off) last summer. I wanted to wait until a snow melt had happened before I left a review because that would be the true test as to the success of their work. From the very first voicemail we received from Dennis all the way to the end of the project we were very pleased. There has been No leaks. The roof is beautiful. Any problems that we had were quickly resolved, and with our home being an older, the team had a few challenges. They were also very respectful about the landscaping, and I didn’t lose one perennial. And they cleaned up everything to complete satisfaction. The only regret I have is not doing more for the team (ex. cookies, cold drinks). It was a joy listening to their laughter and chatter as they went about their task diligently. A sincere thank you and blessings to you for a prosperous 2026! I highly recommend this company!"

"Lynn and his team did a great job! I was having a living space updated and there were quite a few jobs added on to the initial job request of installing a new bathroom countertop; installing new laminate on the kitchen countertop and updating the kitchen backsplash with subway tile. Lynn kept track of all of the additional details and made sure they were completed well. He went above and beyond to correct the painting of several doors, when we found later I had left out the wrong can of paint. I appreciate all of the work Lynn and his team completed!"

"Unless you're wealthy and throwing away money is what you're into, then I'd say AVOID Matrix Basement Solutions at ALL costs. They'll give you an incomplete project plan, then attempt to bilk you for thousands upon thousands of dollars more. I'm out over $60,000.00 and I have a less than half completed basement, which is only 400 sqaure feet. Addressed concerns with Matrix and they show zero concern, they could care less and are laughing all the way to the bank. Shameful business practice, not to be trusted. Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well in hopes others do not get taken advantage of like I did."
