"We had New Image Remodeling reshingle (with complete tear off) last summer. I wanted to wait until a snow melt had happened before I left a review because that would be the true test as to the success of their work. From the very first voicemail we received from Dennis all the way to the end of the project we were very pleased. There has been No leaks. The roof is beautiful. Any problems that we had were quickly resolved, and with our home being an older, the team had a few challenges. They were also very respectful about the landscaping, and I didn’t lose one perennial. And they cleaned up everything to complete satisfaction. The only regret I have is not doing more for the team (ex. cookies, cold drinks). It was a joy listening to their laughter and chatter as they went about their task diligently. A sincere thank you and blessings to you for a prosperous 2026! I highly recommend this company!"

"I had a great experience with Perfection Metals and would recommend using this company. Not only were they offering a lifetime/transferable warranty, but the price was great. I had other estimates coming and was informed they would try to match the price if I got something lower. I didn't need them to do that, as they were the lowest. Garage Roof was on within in a couple of weeks. I had 1 issue, which I was nervous to ask about, but the project manager was very nice and concerned about my dissatisfaction. He made sure to take care of it right away and continued to check with me on the process to make sure i was happy. Love the new roof and especially love that there is no more water pouring down inside when it rains. Update: I have just had the roof on my house replaced. "I chose Lake Michigan Construction for a full tear off and replacement of my residential roof. I’m very happy with decision to hire them as the contractor. LMC is a Holland based, family owned, business run by Kari and Al Noyola. Both of them are actively involved in the process from quote through installation. When doing advance research, I found that their online reviews and Better Business Bureau ratings are excellent. During the initial phase Kari and Al provided a detailed quote for scope of work including labor and a completely specified materials list. They took all the time I needed to understand the various roofing materials and products and how they integrate to provide a long lasting water proof roofing system. For material estimating measurements they use a software package called “EagleView” which was very accurate when I compared it to my original blueprint dimensions. It gave me confidence to know that the amount of material specified was accurately computed and would be on the job site when needed. Their quote and statement of work was clear, detailed, and transparent. The time they spent with me during the quoting phase left me confident they would be a reliable contractor and use quality materials for my project. The installation crew arrived on time every day and worked consistently all day to complete their tasks. My project used GAF roofing products and all the workmanship and installation techniques used by the crew were diligently performed to look visually appealing and to meet the installation specifications necessary to assure the manufacturer’s extended warranty was valid. My home’s siding, windows, and foundation plantings were carefully covered to prevent any damage. At the end of each day the crew removed all tear off debris and materials before leaving the site. Each night any unfinished roof work was covered and sealed to protect the house in the event of unexpected rain. The owner, Al Noyola, was actively on site several times throughout each work day to assure everything was running well and the crew had everything they needed. At the end of the project the crew left everything neat, clean, and looking great. My home also needed some flashing repair/replacement and that work was done in a neat attractive manner adding to the visual appeal of the finished project. The roofing industry has a reputation of unreliable contractors so I was extremely concerned when looking for a reliable supplier. I’m really happy I found and selected LMC for my project and very satisfied with the entire process of working with LMC. There were no unpleasant surprises throughout the project and they provided me with a beautiful new roof. I strongly recommend you talk with them about your roofing project."
