We also have a retail store displaying many types of fence like vinyl fence and railing, aluminum ornamental fence, aluminum railings for decks, bamboo fence, welded wire fence, solar and low voltage lighting, cedar and treated lumber privacy and picket fence, splitrail. Out Back Fence also has a Casual Living Division displaying over 100 sets of patio furniture, Goalsetter Basketball Systems for the driveway and Rainbow Play Systems for kids.

"We contacted Weatherhead and Son's to get some window's replaced. They told us up front that it would be about 3 months due to all the work they had. This would have put the time frame around late September. In the meantime they demanded the down payment right away and it was paid to them. September came and went and they had not contacted me. I placed several calls and they told me I would have to talk to Jake. After several calls Jake never called. October came and went as I tried contacting them again. It was the same story with the same result. Only when I demanded my down payment back that I got a call. He told me that the new time frame would be within the first two weeks of November. Well...Same story, same results. They are not calling me back and I fear that we are going into winter where the job cannot be done. I am to the point of calling the BBB as well as Kent County if I cannot get my down payment back. This is fraud if they insist on keeping my money for services never rendered. I am so through with them."

Ross' Fabrication is currently a one man operation so you know your projects are being taken care of by the owner himself who cares about both project and customer. We work both as a direct contractor for customers with any need no matter how big or small and also as a supplier for builders, landscapers, and other contractors that need custom canopies, trellises, or other metalwork done. All payments are due on pickup unless further arrangements have been made. We accept Cash, check, and major credit cards (credit cards subject to 3% additional fee).
