He then became very unprofessional with insults, yelling, threats to put a lien on my home when I pointed out a few problem areas that needed repair before full payment. Ultimately, he cooled off and came around to correct the problems to my satisfaction. His workers were very nice and polite. I wish them well and hope this experience improves their Customer Service going forward."
