We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. "In the garage in our house, there was a wire leading from the outlet for our garage door opener up into the ceiling, and we did not know what it was for. Apparently, the previous owner had done it and the electrical box was open with wire running out of it. Mr. Herrera came in traced where the wire went, put a new box in to clean up the mess. He traced the wire, reran it to the panel with a separate breaker. His work was clean and neat. He treated me like a professional should, and I highly recommend him."
