"Pricing and selection was very clear, we were looking at several window manufacturers they helped provide clear differences between the major brands and easy to understand pricing. We decided on two to get exactly what we wanted and Karoly was very helpful. Office was very easy to work with and always answered the phone with helpful answers to questions. Only issue we had was work was suppose to take 5 days and ended up dragging out more days over a couple weeks. But this was a huge job and expected some hiccups. The windows needed no paint inside or out with great finishing. Workers courteous and clean."

"Extremely pleased with entire window replacement. We had 2 other window companies come out to give estimates. The companies sent out sales men, people who have probably never replaced a window a day in their life! With Action Windows, the owner of the company(Ken), came out and gave the estimate, answered the phone every time I called, and was at my home the entire time during the day of install, working at installing windows. The other two companies we inquired with would not take down my plantation shutters during window install as well as re-hang them. I would need to hire an additional company to do this. Ken at Action Windows took the shutters down and re-hung them with no issues. Ken’s staff was professional and worked hard. They are also his family members, very rare to find small family businesses these days. The other companies told me it would be at least 8-10 weeks before my windows would be installed.... we had ours installed in about 5 1/2 weeks."

"Provider showed up 1 hour late, and had lost all previous papers on our contacts. He would not have been there at all except that I called him when he was late. He knew he had a job in Gainesville but did not know where. <br /> He began the job 3 hours after he originally promised. He and quot;finishedand quot; in two hoursand quot;and was then apologetic for the lines not to have gotten cleaner but continued making out the bill. He had looked very closely at the lines before he started the job so I assumed that a person experienced in the work, could tell if it would be successful or not.. As far as I could see, the grout was no cleaner after he finished than before he started. <br /> He then informed me that another part of the job involving pressure washer, he could not do becaause of lack of equipment for my two story house.
