"Of the dozen or so companies I called, Richards & Swift Roofing was the only one that didn’t try to push unnecessary work or inflate the price. Jim, the owner, personally came out for the quote, a stark contrast to the usual “salesmen” other companies send. Jim told me exactly what needed to be done—no more, no less. He reminded me of my grandfather, who was also in the trade. Both of them are the kind of people whose handshake/word something. Him and his crew replaced my roof and gutters with precision, speed, and care. No stress. No surprises. No shortcuts. Just honest work, done honestly. People like Jim don’t exist anymore. If you need a roofing professional you can trust, this is who you call. When the work was finished the only evidence of it was that my roof looked brand new; he also brought my kids gift bags with stuffed animals and coloring books which is honestly the kind of nicety and thoughtfulness that’s usually missing from the the world. "Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"All of the Rapid Roofing employees that we dealt with from the initial visit with Lee at our house to Gabriel and his team during installation were fabulous. Very professional and considerate to our needs. The process was very quick and had the roof done with in a week of contacting them. We recommend Rapid Roofing ."

"Review for Piazza Roofing Rating: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Piazza Roofing highly enough! We were dealing with an active leak, and they went above and beyond by moving us up the schedule to address the emergency before more damage could occur. From the start, the communication was incredible. Andrew was so kind and professional; he took the extra time to explain the entire situation not just to me, but to my husband and son as well. It was so helpful to have the whole family understand exactly what was going wrong and how they planned to fix it. Andrew’s crew managed to complete the entire roof in just one day, which was no small feat. They discovered that the previous owners had performed unpermitted, substandard work that wasn't done correctly. Piazza Roofing didn't just slap on new shingles they made all the necessary repairs to ensure everything was finally up to code and structurally sound. If you are looking for a company that is honest, efficient, and genuinely cares a"

"These guys were prompt, courteous, and beat their projected completion by a day. Their work is excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you need a good paint job, big or small, hire CPR."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. Thank you guys for that! Extreme Exteriors sent their best team to install the roof [ who were awesome!] for my home and garage and my beautiful roof was done in a day. They cleaned up and anything that was not right they corrected. Yes I highly recommend them! I just referred them to several friends and family. Rachel"

"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"During a presidential “pandemic” election year, it was refreshing to have a professionally humble and respectful human show up to the job. Corey did his actual job he was hired to perform, and made my family and I believe he legitimately cared about the job he was performing. Corey inspected 3,400 sq.ft of a potential home I’d consider for purchase, head to toe, in a timely and accurate manner. Upon completion, Corey verbally went through his findings with my agent and I, describing and showing photos of every nook and cranny. I appreciate Coreys time and service and am extremely thankful for his professional expertise. Within a couple hours of inspection I received a full copy of the home inspection via email detailing every moment of his time well spent. Would highly recommend Weatherstone Property Inspections if you’re in or around the Macomb Area."
