"Due to newly renovated kitchen the installation of on demand hot water dispenser and tank proved to be difficult do to not having a dedicated power source under the kitchen sink and the hole for the fixture not being drilled quite straight. After bit of troubleshooting and a quick trip to the hardware store to buy a drill bit to straighten the opening in the granite countertop (which they went above and beyond to fix a problem that they didn't cause or have a responsibility to fix).
