"Artisan Roofing was great from start to finish. Dustin was my rep and was fantastic. He took time to explain their process, answer any questions and relay any important information during the install. They were able to complete the roof in one day despite some additional carpentry repairs that were needed. Roof looks great! We love the charcoal black color."

"I hired Anthony and his crew to repair my roof. An entire section had lifted, separated and was sliding. Anthony inspected the roof and told me the problem. It was installed wrong and he showed me why (improperly nailed). He then gave me a great price to do the section but said his crew would be by the next morning to inspect and determine if additional shingles needed replacement. His crew came the next morning, inspected the roof and decided to increase the repair area to ensure it was done correctly. They purchased the exact shingles that were on the roof, did an excellent job. Even though they replaced almost 2x as many shingles as were quoted, the price did not change. They cleaned up everything and the roof looks awesome."

"A & M Premier Roofing & Construction's workers and consultants were very professional and efficient. They repaired my entire roof in a day! The clean up was amazing. I highly recommend this company for your roofing and construction needs. You will be highly pleased with their services!"

"I worked with Louie and Zach. Both credit years of experience in the roofing area. They are true professionals. They promptly responded to my request and addressed two issues of concern: A) Inspection of the roof with emphasis on defective or missing asphalt tiles and B) Securing all lose tiles, redoing the collars around pipes projecting through the roof (exhaust/fumes) and installing new flushings for smooth transitions. They are not the cheapest in the market, but in return you get quality and reliable work. Without hesitation I recommend their firm "Oak and Hammer" for roof replacements and repairs."

"What I liked most was that they gave me an honest assessment of the needs of my roof, not repairing more than was needed and in fact asserting that I have many more years of life to expect from the roof. Courteous, timely, and on budget. Would hire again definitely."

"The owner, Steven, called me directly to arrange for a free estimate. Paul came and looked at our roof and provided three estimates based on the wind rating and warranty type of shingles I wanted. When I chose the shingles we wanted, the work was scheduled to be done within 2-3 days and the roof was completed in one day. During the work, some wood rot was found on one spot that affected the facia. Steven, the owner, looked at the problem and gave me an estimate which I approved. The work on the facia was done the same day!"

"We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."

"MGs Roofing was absolutely amazing to work with from the start! Mike and Matt did all of the leg work for us from inspection to contacting insurance to installation and follow up. Prompt, reliable and professional. In these busy times, it is much needed and refreshing and the model for conducting excellent business! We had a new roof within a week! All work completes in one day. I work from home and besides some hammering, hardly knew they were hereâ ¦. and the outcome is a stunningly beautiful, great quality, architectural shingled roof that adds beauty to our modern farmhouse. The process was simple yet professional from beginning to end. Thank MGs Roofing for our amazing new roof. Pics here donâ t do it justice! Swing on by and have a look. 5701 Cornwallis Road in Garner, NC. Highly recommend MGs Roofing for all your roofing needs!"

"Marcelo was very professional and helpful, he did great work and was knowledgeable about my roof. Will definitely call him again when I have another issue! Thank you!"

"Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Home Genius Exteriors. Roofing jobs are expensive, they just are. The sales consultant - Andre Irving - is an exemplary professional! We really enjoyed working with him to discuss the whole project, particulars about our roof, and our concerns and worries. Andre spends time getting to know you enough to understand how to make a deal happen. He showed us the whole product, assisted us to understand the money and financing, and we all agreed on "Midnight Plum" as the color! Communication from the agency was prompt and we always had someone to reach out to. They were able to schedule the work extremely fast - we met with Andre on a Friday, and the crew was out the following Tuesday - new roof, done, Tuesday evening. There was a project manager - we spoke with two of them, Tony and Evan - available on the project site. The only issue we had was some confusion about the dumpster. It got left overnight in our driveway - not the biggest issue in the world, just some confusion. The next evening we did a walkthrough of the whole project. Tony provided us with an overview of the warranty, and showed us the work that had to be done to our roof for repairs, etc. It was clear that it is a company with growth as a goal - they do really want the job, and 5-star reviews. I wouldn't give one if I didn't think they earned it, but you will find the reviews are valuable to the project managers and they will let you know that as their target. They'll stand there while you write them - I guess they get a bonus with getting good reviews. That was the only piece that stuck out to me as needing a little more finesse, but other than that, and like I began, overall we are happy with our new roof from Home Genius Exteriors."
