"Marty showed up and did an in depth inspection of the entire house starting in the kitchen checking everything you could possibly think of. After that we went to the exterior house and explained to me while I was following him around his findings and answering any questions I had on the house. We then did the inside of the house completely testing the heating and AC units. Every square inch of the house was inspected and being the owners of the house did not take care of anything so the report was really long and detailed. We are going to take marty's report back to the sellers and either get them to fix all issues or get money off the purchase price to make up for the difference to fix the problems.
