Cleaning out drains (even having to access one from the roof as we did not have a clean out), inspecting drains with his camera, and cleaning up after himself! But 2000+ reviews and an A rating meant I would see if they had any openings. The office was pleasant to work with and informed me of what to expect at each step. They provided a 2 hr arrival window, and then the day of called and let me know when technician was on the way (ALWAYS appreciated!). Technician was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient - a pleasure to work with. One furnace had a uniquely unusual problem which was explained very clearly to me and the technician was very honest that the fix we could try may not work. But, he was able to fix both furnaces in about 2 hours! Overall, every step of the process went very smoothly. I see why so many A reviews. Will use them again!"
