"Arrived on time. Very professional in their work. Installed wall tv bracket as to my specs. Left job site clean. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely use this service in the future for any type of handyman service"

"Through the years, Mr. Handyman has sent several handymen. For the past few years, James has been doing the work. All of them performed Excellent work but James is the best of the best."

"Handyman was on time and ready to resolve /correct my problem. He is very nice but there was a disagreement on cost of job. Miscommunication on cost of job. He got somewhat annoyed with what I understood work would cost. If it wasn't for that I would rate him higher but would hire him again providing we agree on cost."

"Mr Rodriguez and I have worked on 4 house projects the last 4 years. He has repaired everything from small toilet leak to remodeling an entire bathroom. His skills are excellent. He and his crew also do a good job cleaning up afterwards. If there is little touchups afterwards, he will come back to finish it. Most importantly, I think he is fairly honest and have good values."

"Felipe was great. On time, knowledgeable, took his time and preformed well, with a relatively complicated project to hang and make work a pulley system for articles to be hung from a garage ceiling. The project came out perfectly! I highly recommend Felipe."

"excellent work with time left over to do three other small repairs"

"Guilco was professional, on time, reasonably priced, and did great work. All things that are rare to find in a good handyman. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the need of random around the place carpentry and fix it services. I am planning on using him for a bunch of more work."

"I called for Handyman to put up some pictures on my wall. I have hired handyman to do this several times in the past. They showed up and they did not have the right nails to do it and so they had to go collect them, which took about 20 minutes . I did not understand why they did not have materials to do it in the first place. They returned and started the project. They were at my house for a couple hours total which seems like a very long time to put up for five pictures. Everything was done fine but it was also very pricey."

"I posted prior review at time he began- He is more than likely better for small projects, not large scale. He started off wonderful, although this was not a small project, he committed to work he claimed experience and then had difficulty. At first he showed daily, worked hard until about 65% completed and he had been paid 2/3 of job- then he committed to coming, no show. I would contact claimed personal errands came up then committed another time no show. This occurred 3 days in row. There were other days he was frequently on phone, stating calls other jobs. Unreliability is an issue for me. This task dragging on too long. He claims distracted other tasks helping me, this is true and do take into consideration, although his lack of experience in a task made it take longer than should have taken. My husband was a contractor ( he passed ) so I am not unfamiliar with Const tasks I am not being unreasonable. He is more than likely great on small job- day or two- handling a larger project he begins to become unreliable. He has many skills, this job should been nothing for him- although he overcommits and lets personal issues affect concentration."

"Raz is the man! He is not only very nice and talented, but he also designed and assembled my dream coffee nook I never thought was possible due to the very old thin walls in my apartment. He installed all the shelving and wiring beautifully, which I also thought was impossible because of a lack of outlets. He is creative, so precise, and gets the job done in a matter of hours. He also made my Pinterest ready vanity room and other areas where my precious things are located. When I got this nespresso machine and all the nespresso cups (especially the porcelain ones) he made my dreams come true! I will upload the entire nook area! If you think “that’s impossible”, it’s ALWAYS possible with Raz! Thanks Raz you’re the best! Can’t wait for you to do the lights!"
