We also requested a new window that other contractors had been unable to replace due to the restricted space around the old window. Kris also had great recommendations for a new mantel that included painting of old bricks and some new tile work around the fireplace. Our home is old and Kris from Precision Home Remodeling authorized extra work to paint our ceiling, replace wood in our patio for the new roof, and leveling of our floors.
