"I originally bought a deal for a sprinkler check up. Paul came out and inspected my system, found several broken heads and an issue with one sprinkler that didn't work at all. We arranged for him to come back at another time to fix everything. He was very prompt, very knowledgeable, and amazingly patient with my dogs. I never even realized how low my sprinkler water pressure had been, after Paul fixed the system it's like my dead pathetic sprinklers came alive again. I've also been hesitant about redoing my front lawn with drought tolerant landscaping as I thought it would too expensive, but he gave me an extremely reasonable starting quote, and my plan is to have him do it in the near future. "They came when they told us they would which is appreciated these days. Their price was higher than other but we liked that they were responsive, punctual and had good reviews. We had an issue within 1 day and they came back out to fix it right away. This would’ve been avoidable if they would’ve replaced the parts with new(Which for the price would be kind of expected) instead of using the old parts. It’s now a few weeks later and we’ve noticed a section of grass dying. When we went to investigate we found that the electrical wires weren’t all hooked up on the one section and that’s why our grass was dying, because they weren’t connected. So that’s frustrating. Over all we like them as people but aren’t quite as happy with the work for the price."
