They were great, efficient, professional, friendly, thorough and cleaned up after all work was complete. Great quality floors so far, they look awesome and it's a huge transformation. Definitely competitive pricing and value. Nothing like dealing with the commercial big box names which I will not mention. All I will say it's one of those companies failed to even show up for the in home estimate even after 3 calls confirming the day and time so I would make sure I was here for their worker. "Their quote was on the high side for only one bedroom upstairs and flooring for my stairs, but they assured me that they would be able to install vinyl flooring for my open spiral staircase. The job ended up heing more complicated and the installer left an awkward open space where the Vinyl floor pieces did not fit the stairs. It was difficult to get them to give me any type of discount and the installer tried to fill the space on my stairs with glue and it was unsightly. I believe he was skilled to do basic floor installation and basic stairs, but the open spiral staircase that I have was above the skill level of the installer. But if you have basic flooring or a basic enclosed staircase to do, they will absolutely do a great job."

"Jorge and his team were great. Up front about costs, no hidden expenses, and the team brought enough manpower to get everything done in a day, even with a late start. Vinyl isn't hard to install, but they worked around the existing trim, the built-in closets and did a really good job completely redoing the entire second floor. They also had to rebuild the bottom step of the staircase to make everything fit and didn't charge extra for the work. Very pleased with the job and the price seemed reasonable compared to what we got by shopping around. Would definitely recommend them to a friend."

His employee, Justin, arrived on time, answered questions, protected the rest of the home's floor and made sure job was not messy. He worked steadily and was very well mannered. I requested a sealant and they came back to finish the job. The company is guaranteeing the job as long as I own my home. I am very satisfied and would recommend the company."
