"Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

"Mr. Barney was booked up and wanted to fit me in sometime next week but told him that my grandmother had passed away and I would be out of town so we can plan for the following week but Mr. Barney said no he would fit me in this week and came and did the great job that he did on Saturday.. That really touched my heart.. When he got here he took down and replaced the microwave in no time, then onto my closet, he was able to reuse the rack that had fell initially and he made sure that everything I needed to replace the rack he had with him so I wouldn't have to get anything. He put the rack up made sure it was anchored into the studs this time and fixed all the holes in the wall that the other rack had caused. Also upon coming into the door in the kitchen through the garage he noticed my door frame was loose and needed to be fixed he repaired this for me at no extra charge.. Mr. Barney is the best handyman ever and from this point forward he will be the one I use. Thanks Angie's list for having such great deals and people that carry them out. "Aaron and his team did a great job. Were very friendly and easy to work with.   I obtained three quotes for the work and they were the lowest.  They worked well with mostly suggestive plans as the work changed as the project came together.  Only down side was that costs (as is typical), were high when there were change orders.  I know they didn't think so, but I felt some of the costs of the changes were high, but the quality of the work was very good.  Our house is a historic one in downtown Charleston and was anything but easy to work on.  Aaron (the owner) did work with me on price to try and keep the costs minimized..,   I would use Aaron again and would gladly recommend him for repair and deck work. <br />"

"I reached out to multiple fence companies and Charleston Creative Fence was by far the most responsive and easiest to communicate with. The request started as a fence repair request with the thought in the back of my mine that I would like a nicer looking fence. Greg came out during the time that we agreed upon and spent a great deal of time going through the options for both the repair and the replacement. We were concerned with the cost of the replacement but after going through the pictures of fences that Greg and team had completed and discussing the kinds of materials that were going to be used, we decided that it was worth that additional cost to get a fence that not only be beautiful but also be able to withstand the elements. Once we had agreed on a design Greg and team started the project the next day. There was no rushing the process at all. They gave plenty of time the concrete to cure as well as spending a considerable amount of effort on making sure that lines were kept straight, and boards/posts were level. Throughout the entire process if a decision point came up Greg would knock on the door and ask what we preferred while offering his suggestions based on his experience. We had one issues that was outside of Greg’s control that delayed the gate completion by about 2 weeks. It did not cause a problem, instead Greg just offered to come back one I let him know that the obstacle had been removed and he would finish the gate build. In the end we have a beautiful, well built fence that is exactly what we didn’t know that we wanted. Greg made this comment when we started, and I didn’t think it was possible, but the beauty of the fence truly transformed our backyard."
