Throughout the project, owners Lisa and Mark were in constant communication with us -- in person, by phone, and by email and text. Several of their team worked on the project including Dan, Sean, and Steve. Dan completed the majority of the work on all three bathrooms (about 90%) -- at all times, he was professional, courteous, punctual, and just an overall great guy. He took obvious pride in his work and was meticulous, never rushing or cutting corners, and always cleaned up his work space each day -- we could not have asked for a more dedicated professional. This was our first experience with a large remodeling job, and we were beyond pleased with the process and the outcome. The bathrooms are beautiful, and we will enjoy them for years to come. "Job was supposed to be six to 8 weeks took 6 months. Once the job was finally completed, we realized that the cabinets were built by another company. Put together by Ambry. Parts didn't fit, the counter top didn't fit. If it wasn't that my husband had the tools to fix the problems, They would have made many trips back to the factory. I was really sorry because I liked Philip and Mia. All in all in looks like a nice room, but I would not hire Ambry again. It was a complete remodel -I ordered the bathtub on line but it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to so there was a hold up on my end, however Javier and his team were extremely patient and worked around it until bathtub arrived.
