I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. Turns out.. we have the screen in porch of our dreams thanks to Mr Pro Home Improvement. He came to make an estimate on Wednesday, started the job on Friday, and finished the job on Monday. "This was our second project with Smith Remodeling (see review of 3/22/20) – this time a complete kitchen and bath renovation. Once again, we got superior workmanship, quality materials and great communication at a fair price. We were away for the summer, but we knew from our first experience we could invite Lisa, Mark and their crew into our home with confidence. Smith uses only its own crew, no subs, and has a great network of suppliers for cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, shower enclosures and whatever else you need. Lisa coordinates and schedules them all. Once work began, Lisa was in steady communication via text, email or phone. She sent photos almost every day. If she had a question, she consulted us before proceeding. If we had questions, she answered them promptly. The job was done in less than a month. The results were beautiful. This small company is in high demand with good reason."
