"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"I had this company re-pipe my manufactured home in Palmetto. I had the original pipe removed and replaced totally. The technicians Mike and Jeff were quiet, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all questions and explained thoroughly the plan and at the end of the first day cleaned up their job site. The second day they explained everything again and their plan for that day. It took 2 days to complete, very unobtrusive and professional. High quality workmanship and I am so happy I chose this company. One little hiccup was I needed my laundry tub faucets replaced, a total of $39 on top of original quote. Definitely would have no hesitation in recommending Richards Plumbing and Electric. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work.
