"LIfetime Roofing & Renovation worked on our flat roof, and I had a great experience based on their reasonable price, attention to details, craftmanship and quick work. Along with reroofing, I have also had them did a couple of rotted repairs and putting new underlayment before new roofing materials. These guys know what they are doing! They will pull the necessary building permit, include their liability insurance, worker comp insurance and warranty included in the contract, Highly recommended if you need your roof to look at for repair/installation!"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"It took me years to decide to have my roof and gutters protected with leaf guards and then four of my neighbors had gutter guards and gutters replacements, roof tiles replaced and roof repair. Every job was so well done by the father Jorge and his two sons. I inspected their work and their attention to detail, which allowed all of us to see how we we would benefit from fixing other problems on our roofs. And my wife was very impressed with how well they cleaned up each day after they were done. I had others come out and give bids. One person was so over priced but Summit Metal Gutters was very fairly priced. I can't say enough about how professional this company is, family owned and operated, and I now call them friends. Don't wait any longer, Summit Metal Gutters is by far the best decision you'll make. Call the hem today and you will be so happy with the results. Kyle in Mather CA"

"Excellent work. Very fair price. Journey Builders worked to repair/replace the second floor roof and some eaves which were damaged. Journey Brothers worked to ensure the roof was replaced and the eaves were repaired prior to the upcoming stormy weather (the day prior). I'm very satisfied with our communications throughout the process. Will definitely refer them to others. Thank you Journey Builders for the great job!"

"Atom Builders repaired the roof base and then installed a new roof. Representatives and installers were professional and easy to work with. My new roof is beautiful."
