"I think it went great.  I have a Maytag Gemini oven with two ovens.  The lower oven wasn't working, even tho the upper oven and the burners all worked.  I send Crystal the manufacturer and model # ahead of time via e-mail after making an appointment.  With that information Crystal came prepared with parts to cover a couple of possibilities.  Thank heaven it was the igniter, the less expensive of several possibilities.   i am still amazed that Crystal was able to get in behind the oven - incredible, she must be part gymnast and part appliance technician.   <br /> Crystal was professional, considerate and fun to have around.  The next time something breaks around here, and you know it will, she will be the first person i call. <br />"
