Omega Construction and Design, Inc is a State Certified Contracting and Construction consulting firm specializing in custom remodeling, new construction, insurance W.D.O. inspection repairs. Due to time limitations from Omega Construction's very high public demand- we do not provide free estimates or consultations. A flat amount is based on project's specific needs, and is discussed prior to setting an appointment. All Minor Repair Work is provided on a Time+Material billing basis only (charged by the hour). Our average turn around on providing quotes is 1-2 weeks depending on size. We require preliminary drawings for structural modifications, prior to providing estimate. Omega Construction and Design, Inc. also provides creative/design consultations for a wide and varied range of renovations including CAD drawings for additions, floor plan/footprint with a no pressure approach.
