He was extremely considerate, and he treated my house as if it were his own. My house is small, and I only have one bathroom. The project took nine days. I was anticipating that there would be a big mess and a huge inconvenience. But even the demo was done very neatly and efficiently. Lou even took the time to re-connect the toilet each night so that I wouldn't be left without. Lou did an amazing job, and it was a pleasure working with him. "I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal.
