His prices were also very reasonable as I got two other quotes before I hired him. I also hired him to fix a plumbing problem where the hot and cold water were reversed. He was able to correct the problem easily. His knowledge of plumbing was obvious as he was able to even name the brand of the part just by looking at it. I would definitely hire him for any plumbing, electrical or handy work around the house."

My husband had made a big mistake when he tried to assemble the desk and damaged it badly. Eric understood the situation immediately. He was friendly and kind, and even funny, saying he would get my husband out of the hot water. And, man, did he do that and so beautifully!! He had one of his employees, Minh Tran, come the very next day, which was yesterday as I write this, and he was fabulous, as Eric told me he would be. Minh is everything you would ever want in assembling and repairing a damaged new desk. He was not only kind, friendly and smart, he was extremely competent and knowledgeable about what was needed (which was a LOT), but he was also a real perfectionist, earnest about doing the best job he could. "Rob, the estimator, told us exactly what to expect depending on which options we chose, and quoted clear, easy-to-understand pricing.  Cesar and his crew of two showed up 15 minutes before the agreed start time of 9 am, helped us finish the necessary prep work and move the heavy furniture (which was not part of the job description - they were just really helpful), installed the windows and door, washed all the windows and cleaned up the workspaces, helped us move the heavy furniture back into place, and were finished by 6 pm.  Wonderful experience!  We couldn't have asked for more, and I highly recommend them.
