They all did excellent work and we're very happy with the new showers and baths. We've had some bad experiences with other contractors recently, so it was very refreshing to have such a smooth and high quality experience. "Dave and Eric did a good job with a challenging dryer installation. They arrived on time and were very careful of my hardwood floors. Dave also replaced the spout in the upstairs bathtub.
I was very happy with the results. I have used Tool Time in the past and have always been pleased.
However, dealing with the bill has been problematic. Usually Eric, the owner, would come by, inspect the job, and I would pay him. Dave/Eric didn't know about the payment procedure, called the office and was told someone would call me.
I was never called, tried calling, left a voicemail, then sent an e-mail, no response.
After 3 weeks I sent a check for what I thought was the correct amount to the Constitution Ave  address. No acknowledgement, no receipt. Last week I received an e-mail invoice for $200; I again tried to call -voicemail was full, sent an e-mail, again no response.
If this business is trying to expand, this is not the way to do it. If I use them in the future, I would need to know the payment procedure and that I would receive a receipt.

"Rick and his team of sub-contractors did a great job working with us on our kitchen and family room remodel. They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. "Did just what I needed - added a 240 V circuit to my existing subpanel using liquid waterproof conduit, done in 2 hours, reasonable quote for the work, two thumbs up, would hire again! They also noticed an existing outlet that was not properly sealed near the area they were working and sealed it up!"

My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything. "Gerado was very friendly and professional. He explained how the leak developed in the cooper pipe. The cooper water supply pipe was in contact with the drain pipe and this contact caused corrosion and eventually a hole in the supply pipe. He replaced the section of the pipe. He also informed us of possible future leaks at all the contact points with metal hangers and told us how to fix these. We would definitely call Gerado again for our future plumbing needs."
