"Rick and his team of sub-contractors did a great job working with us on our kitchen and family room remodel. They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. They were friendly, easy to work with, and answered all our questions. Any concerns were quickly addressed. We love the end result and would absolutely use Rick and his team again."

My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything. "Leo, Guillermo, and their crew did a great job. There were some unexpected discoveries once the demo started, but they handled it well and made sure to explain every step of the process. The cost went up a bit, but it did not feel excessive. We received estimates from a couple other places and Skytech Builders felt the most fair and reasonable for the work needed (a small bathroom remodel). I appreciated Leo's responsiveness to all communication. The actual work appears to be done well and I feel confident in the final product. Both Leo and Guillermo always made sure to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process. We only have one bathroom in our house and Leo worked with us to ensure that we wouldn't be without a toilet at any point. They also worked with us on making the shower more accessible due to some health concerns for our family member. Overall, I am very happy with the work and will definitely recommend them to others."

"At first the company's name made us imagine they were just about clearing clogged drain lines, but we got superb service on a project to replace leaking shower faucets in the bathroom. Gerardo came to see what was needed and was very helpful in finding a quick and cost effective way to source the materials. He was completely committed to taking care of his customers. He returned to do the installation at the time we had agreed would be convenient for us, despite having been up working till all hours of the night on another emergency job. He even spent the time before returning to his emergency site to check and make sure the existing shower head was free of grit and working as it should.
