"very well. Glenn called me within minutes of my online request and he was very helpful and honest. He did not think I needed a plumber for the type of job I need. Nonetheless, he even made himself available to help by facetime. Great experience and I will contact him in the future if I need any plumbing services"

"My dishwater was not working anymore and the error message showed it was a plumbing issue. Anthony from Mike Council Plumbing was my technician. He did a full check on both the pipes and the dishwater and was able to diagnose that it was the dishwasher not the plumbing. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the issues in detail. If things break, I will ask to have him back on the job. Extremely professional and very continuous with all the Covid protocols. Great service!!!"

"It was a tough removal due to age of the old heater. The plumber kept at it and finally with a Herculean effort, lifted the old heater off it's pedastle despite the fact that it still has about 1/3 full. I was amazed. Great job!"

"Bay Area Pro Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our water main line. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They explained the entire process clearly, completed the work on time, and left everything clean when the job was done. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and we immediately noticed better water pressure throughout the property. It?s hard to find honest and reliable plumbers these days, but these guys truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Bay Area Pro Plumbing for any water main or plumbing work!"

"We thought we needed a new shower head, but Jaime was able to clean the filter, and now it works great! He also did a good job installing the kitchen faucet I bought, when at first it didn't seem to be the right kind. He took the time to explain things, and answer our questions."

"The work was done in a professional manner and on time. There were a few surprises as is common with older homes and plumbing, so another project is still under way to completely redo the master bathroom shower area. That will be a subsequent review. Work is done on an hourly basis, so changes can add up quickly. Having it quoted as a whole job, if possible may be better, especially if you only have one area to work with. Also, paperwork is not a strength for them, so if you require copies of receipts and good documentation, follow up on it as work is progressing to avoid delays at the end of the job and lost info."

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
A journeyperson plumber is a licensed professional with a state-issued permit who installs and repairs piping for water and heating systems under the supervision of a master plumber. They have completed extensive training and amassed significant experience leading teams, drafting blueprints, and designing comprehensive plumbing installations.
