"I hired Peter to install two major appliances. The install had a few major setbacks, but Peter was able to overcome the manufacturer's error and install the appliance despite the missing pieces. Peter is kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Peter again."

"Was very accommodating. However, in spite of replacing a part, the ticking has returned intermittently."

"I was fretting over melting food in the freezer and Max picked up my call right away. He immediately assisted by general trouble shooting to rule out any possibility of an unnecessary charge. Surmizing he could help, he then offered an evening appointment arriving just a few hours later at 6pm. He quickly attended to a gap in the seal and righted the situation expediently without any crazy up-charges that can be the case with appliance repairs. I found Max to be very knowledgable, cordial and pricing completely fair. For excellent service, I highly recommend “Good Guys Refrigeration”"

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

"The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway. The office did call me to let me know. I showed him the area that needed to be reparied. He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing. He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything. Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies. He finished the job in the time allotted. It is an adequate job. It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks. If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

"It worked out well, but the gentleman wasn't prepare for a couple of things. He needed gas for the machine. We gave him some gas just to keep things moving. He couldn't get the drain cap off and when he did, he said he would replace it. He ended up putting the old cap back on and it leaked."

"The service was amazingly fast and complete. The dryer wasn't producing any hot air. I requested quotes on Angie's List and quickly received a call from Bek at So Cal Appliance Repair. Fortunately, he was working another job locally. Within the hour, he was at our house and within another 30 minutes he identified the problem, had the parts on hand and completed the repair. Within 2 hours after I requested quotes, the dryer was fixed. Never had that happen before....ever. I highly recommend Beck. He's knowledgeable, personable and his prices are very reasonable."
