"We called Mr. Plumber to unclog the drain in the dishwasher. Erica came out, and apparently, knocked or moved the sprayer arm at the bottom when she was removing the water. When we ran the dishwasher that night, the sprayer arm came loose and landed under the heating coils, burning the sprayer arm completely off in two places. We called Mr. Plumber and talked to Scott, the manager. Scott refused to replace the sprayer arm. In the conversation, he told us that if the plumbers do something wrong (on accident or on purpose) and they admit it, they are written up. So, when he asked Erica if she touched the sprayer arm, she said no. Understandably, because what choice does she have to be honest? And, Scott acted like he doesn't even know what a sprayer arm is. The sprayer arm is locked into place by a "collar". So there is no way that the sprayer arm just spontaneously popped out (plus, this dishwasher is less than a year old). Mr. Plumber damaged our dishwasher and they refuse to fix it. Save yourself time, money, and stress and find another plumber."

"2 new systems, 1 ERV, 2 Dehumidifiers, New Duct work, and Insulation replacement, scheduled to begin July 5, signed on June 14. They didn't complete work until the end of October and it took a demand letter from us to get it done. Were told we'd be their "case study" for ERV installation after this because they "didn't do a lot of them" when we were assured at the point of sale that they could do this. Still above-average humidity in the house, still have high utility costs. We finally fired them after a second chance in February of the following year when we were told they had parts for a job and would be out between 8-12 and, when calling them at 9:45 learned their tech was going to "get the parts" for his first stop (us). We didn't get a notification they were on the way until 11:15 and they were an hour and 45 minutes out. We're still using them for warranty work and now the system, not even 2 years old, has died. It's hot, and they'll be here in 3 days to look at it."

Mike and Chris did an excellent job restoring my floors and installing ceramic tile in the bathrooms. We had a weird project schedule, and we were able to work together to get it done to museum quality for this historic home at a reasonable price. Mike goes beyond the call of duty to get the job done and done correctly."

"I contacted Thomas Built to see if they could construct a fireplace mantle and surround for us. Terry came out did some measuring and gave us a quote. We worked on fine tuning things and waited until they had a break in their major projects. Terry returned for final measurements after we had granite tiles laid. The fireplace was built and delivered within three days. My husband stained it and installed it to save on the cost. Couldn't be happier with the final project. It does take some flexibility to work with Thomas Built when a project is this small, but it's well worth it."

Tyler understood our vision from the beginning and brought it to life — he made it better than we imagined! He was very mindful of our budget and would provide suggestions on ways to cut cost without compromising what we wanted. Of course, every decision was still up to us. The quality of their work is fantastic and extremely detailed. I was so appreciative of the hours and time they put into our project. I would recommend them to anyone! "Do not use. Worst contractor in Gainesville Georgia in my opinion. Did not want to finish up work. Left me with widows that did not open and close and drywall that is cracked on every seem. Bottom line is they sub everything out to the lowest bidder and the work after really shows up terrible."
