"We had some issues with our furnace and it was past time for it to be replaced. A rep from Mattex came to discuss our needs and the next week, a team arrived to make it happen. While they were at the house and not related to their work, a water pipe burst. Thankfully, they were able to bring in a plumber to make the replacement ASAP. They stayed until the evening to make sure our new system worked for us. And we stayed quite comfortable during this latest cold snap!!"

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"We came to visit my dad, and found a big leak under his sink that had to have been happening for months. A friend recommended Aspire, and I was able to get ahold of someone almost immediately, text with photos of the issue, and get recommendations for immediate next steps. They were out the next day to help manage what turned out to be an ancient disposal, and gave good advice about the options. They were communicative, and back again later in the week to install a few new faucets to finalize things, and I was just so happy with how quick, communicative, and thoughtful they were, especially in dealing with me primarily but also allowing my father, who is in his 80s, to drive as much of the decision making as possible. It's hard to find service like that, and I wish we could bring Aspire back to our home on the west coast with us, especially since we're now dealing with our own plumbing issues at a much greater cost.
