"Moved into a new house, discovered some evidence of mice. Schopen came to the rescue! Setting an appointment was easy, the tech arrived on time, was friendly. He did a visual inspection inside and outside of the house and patched possible entrances around the foundation. He set traps and bait stations and then came back for a maintenance check. No major evidence of intrusion--the holes they filled outside worked! I am keeping them on for maintenance and adding a spider and bugs b/c they give a single fee for maintenance on both--which is a great deal. "The south side location of Rose Pest Control that was handled by the Indiana Team, initially started smooth and approaching 2 years of service for me. During COVID period there was a change in staff and management. From there, Poor follow up - No Calls, and poor service where only partial work was done(No Signature confirming work was done), but the the Indiana (Franklin) Rose Pest Control Team expected full payment(to which I stopped the auto deduction the payments) for the subpar, partial work that they did not complete. Despite my several attempts in contacting them to complete the unfinished job). After my frustration with them died down, I attempted to resolve the matter and made several calls(unanswered). I then received a bill for what was claimed as service rendered but the service was not complete. I never received a followed up despite my attempts to reach out to address the matter. The Indiana staff didn't care to assist or nor bother understand my issue. You "had" a Long Term Customer but poor management blew the opportunity"
