He took the time to fully explain the process and the importance of the great quality they provide and was able to provide me a quote by showing him my fence from the video call and answered all my questions and concerns. "they did an awesome job and the price was great, the only thing was they gave me a time frame when they were suppose to finish and it passed that date. communication is mostly through text but I did find a telephone number for them. also they measured using google maps and I had measured it 3x's and the person I spoke to said accuracy is 99% but they were short 3' of fence. I called the project manager and she was very nice and had the workers put me first before their next project. "

"I had A&M Fence come and replace the wood on a fence I had installed only 3 years ago. Rule #1 *never* have a landscaping company install a fence. The old fence was weather beaten, falling apart and the metal rusting; it looked 10 years old! A&M Fence replaced the boards with new cedar, replaced and secured the bolts, removed the rust and installed decorative spikes. The completed job vastly exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the fence. I had to wait a few weeks for the install since they are busy, but they are worth the wait. I'm going to have them do other fence work and I've recommended them to my neighbor. They are professional and take pride in their work."

"On day of booking informed I would not be there but assured the Handyman will call and review when onsite. That never happened, calls were only done or relayed with Cistomer Servuce Reos. One speaking terrible English you couldn?t understand. Two metal post mailboxes they took upon their own doing to change to a cheap 4x4 vs the steel post that was there originally hired to replace. Follow-up day after and Terrible customer service! Request to talk to the owner and the arrogant customer service rep leaves no option to discuss things with the owner with multiple request. Just as yesterday before the work was done asked to talk to the Handyman onsite and was never able to discuss any details with him to avoid materials being substituted at their own doing."
