My name is Gary Tallman, and I am a semi-retired General Construction Remodeling Contractor of 35 years to Eastern Iowa. We are the home of the perfect install. A few years ago I decided to slow down a little and to simplify things a bit. We did this by narrowing our business advertising focus to primarily market for the repair and replacement of residential and commercial doors, windows, and skylights. It's been a perfect match for me because it takes a full skill set to do this work, and it helps to keep me off the taller ladders..and that makes me a happy craftsman :) I'd like to mention that we chose to honor the community by offering senior and military discounts. He was priced the best but what really sets him apart was his prompt responses and professionalism. He was the only contractor I didn't have to continually followup with to get answers or schedule a meeting. Everything was on time and completed when he said it would be. Thanks again Adam!"

"I hired this company to repair hail damage on my home in 2023. The job was to replace the roofs on my house and garage as well as siding and gutters on my house. Long story short they came out and did the roofs in a timely manner, the siding and gutters not so much. Communication was lacking and they tried to charge me way more than what my insurance scope was. I had to get a lawyer involved. He sued me and we went to court. I won my case in February 2025 and I am still waiting to be paid the money I am owed. I do not recommend this company, buyer beware."
