"on day of install they put the new door up but refused to install a new opener claiming there was something else that needed to be done and they couldn't do it. Never understood why we didn't get the new opener installed. The sales person that came out to give us estimate saw the old opener and didn't indicate there would be any problem installing a new opener. Totally bizarre. I've never experienced anything like it. Of course they adjusted the price since we didn't get a new opener."
