"Allen did a great job.  Starting with our first contact, he responded within minutes of my message to him, was over looking at the work within a couple of hours.  I realize it was raining that day so we got a little lucky, but nonetheless that is service that can't be beat.  He quoted a very fair price for the work, and told us that it would be a few days before he could get to it because of the weather.  That was fine with us.  He came and did an outstanding job, explained all that he did, how he treated the trees after trimming.  All in all a very personable, professional young man.  We very pleased with his work, and are fortunate to have made his acquaintance.  We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for tree trimming service.



On a side note, he his a huge hockey fan (as we are)  which we find very few of in San Antonio!

"Dagan and his team were wonderful to work with. We ended up changing the design a few times as they were working on the yard. They helped by giving me advise and ideas that I could envision of how to best utilize the small yard space. The flagstone area turned out better than expected. The new flagstone area blends in so well that you can not tell the difference between the initial work and the new installation. I would definitely hire them again."

"Excellent service!  Mike was extremely accommodating.  He explained everything he was doing and even replaced a few spray nozzles that did not provide the best coverage with new nozzles at no additional cost to me.  I requested information about some additions that I would like to add to the system and he provided a really reasonable estimate.  I have contracted to have Mike and Western Irrigation & Landscape to return on 3/8/2014 for one repair action, some system additions, additional tune-ups/adjustments to improve sprinkle coverage, and to provide an estimate for landscape lighting.

"Set appt. directly with the vendor and later over the phone said he had to delay my appt. because both of his trucks and his trailers all broke down at once and he needed to get them all fixed. The time frame  from the original appt. date to the time he showed up was approx. one week. During that week's delay the city had done its brush pick up in my area.  The original appt. was set up by me for no later the Friday before the Monday that the city was to be picking up brush in our neighborhood and he could just leave the branches by the street for city pick up.  When he told me that all his equipment was broken down I asked if he could borrow a truck, and meet the original appt. date.  He could leave the branches on my curb for the city to pick up--no can do he said.  The day before he showed up I noticed that the same vendor had a new lower priced deal for the same amount of work and I asked him for the better priced deal. He said for the new pricing he could not change it and for me to call Angie's List for the price change.  I called Angie's List and they told me they quote what the vendor tells them to quote and they will try to contact the vendor to get the current coupon pricing.  After about 2 weeks Angie's List called me and told me that their many calls about this matter to the vendor, the vendor never returned their calls. Angie's List said they will keep trying to get in contact with the vendor, but I told them to just forget about it, I am tired of fooling around with the issue.
