"The repairman from Next Service was prompt and went right to work on repairing my Ice Maker.  He not only repaired the Ice Maker, but also detected that the right door of my refrigerator was lower than it needed to be.  It was scraping the bottom of the refrigerator base.  We knew that the door was getting lower and lower over time, but we could still close it.  He explained that eventually the door would get too low to close, so he ordered the part that was broken on the door and came back a few days later and repaired it.  I am appreciative that he did not just repair the Ice Maker and leave.  He was concerned about the entire appliance working correctly.  I would definitely use Next Service again. <br />"

He instantly identified the problem and replaced a bad switch. <br /> Last spring, in the middle of a large home remodeling project, one of the central air conditioners went out. Wilks was very professional in their response, bidding and installation of a new unit and furnace. They took great care to explain the bid and how the work was to be performed. They did some extras in the installation that many company's never thought to address. Great job. <br /> The remodeling included all new appliances including a new washer and dryer. The contractor's plumbing company did significant work which we were pleased with but WOULD NOT install the dryer. The new unit had to be taken apart and the exhaust vent had to be modified to vent out the side rather than the back. I called Wilks, they assessed the situation and said no problem and installed it the way we needed in their normal professional manner. <br /> Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I will gladly pay the price to receive knowledgeable, professional service like they provide. <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
