"I left a message on my first call and received a callback shortly by a very friendly woman (sorry...I forgot her name) who scheduled an appointment for Jose to arrive the very next day to give me an estimate. Jose arrived in a timely manner, was very polite and went right to work on checking out the dryer. Within a few minutes he informed me the problem was with the timer and gave me an estimate for the cost to fix it to which I agreed on. When I asked when I could schedule him to return to fix it he stated that he had another appointment but said he would pick up the part after his appointment and return to fix my dryer. He did return and my dryer was fixed within minutes. Jose was very courteous and professional in his manner as he showed me the broken timer and explained what could have gone wrong to have caused the breakage and how to avoid it in future. To this day my dryer is working great!"

"The dryer went out on Sunday, and after researching it myself, I suspected it to be the thermal fuse.  The disassebly of the dryer just to get to the part was more than I wanted to tackle myself, so we relented and found the rebate offer for Next Service online. We were given recommendations from two others who had used them for repairs, and were given great feedback.  The service was requested later Sunday afternoon.
Monday morning I recieved notification from Next Service that their first availability was Tuesday afternoon, which worked for our schedule.  After numerous emails back and forth, the appointment was confirmed.  I had requested a call before the technician arrived to ensure someone would be home, and recieved that Tuesday afternoon, 20 minutes before Azael arrived.
Azael arrived to our home, was very receptive and informative after researching the issue.  He explained his findings in detail, even helped in confirming parts online and comparing pricing between what it would cost to order the part myself, or to have him do the installation for us.  Unfortunately, the control board is the most expensive component to replace on a dryer, but the price quote we were given to have it repaired that same afternoon was only $75.00 more than me ordering it, then doing it myself after the part arrived. We decided to go on the side of convenience, and requested he proceed with the repair.  Azael went to their warehouse, retrieved the parts needed, returned approximately 30 minutes later, and performed the repair shortly after.  He showed us the old control board he replaced, pointing out the burn marks made when it sparked, and went over the warranty for the service and part.
Since, we've used the dryer many times, and it works as expected.  Though it was much more expensive than I originally hoped, if I'm needing to pay someone to do the repairs I cannot do myself, then I would hope for the experience we received by Next Service.  It is definitely a company I would use again, if needed, and highly recommend it to others.

"Gilbert was able to diagnose the problem with our washing machine just by listening to it. He quickly identified the issue and ordered the part. After installing the replacement part, it was discovered another adjacent part was worn and damaged, which was ordered and installed later the same day. "I signed up for an annual service agreement with Vetter Air.  I had built a new home and was coming up on my one year warranty end and wanted to make sure that I was doing proper maintenance on new a/c unit.  When Vetter Air came out...they were on time to the minute...my time is valuable and I REALLY APPRECIATED this level of respect for my time.  They did a very thorough check of all installation on unit upstairs and exterior.  They discovered that I was a pound low on freon.  It seems as though when a new a/c unit is installed and if it is a long run on the lines to the outside unit that the new units installed by builders quite often have this problem because the units come with freon...but not enough to account for the lines.  I learned something valuable from Vetter Air that I was able to share with my daughter who also just built a new home.  They also carried the new box filters I needed...buy 2 get 1 free!  Awesome deal.  The price I paid for the annual service agreement included the thorough check up and one more visit to make sure I'm good for the winter and I think they probably saved me that by catching the low freon...they took the time to  educate me on proper maintenance...and that will save me money.  Thanks Vetter Air!  Sheri Wieters"
