Project managers went above and beyond from point of inspection of roof and work needed, making minor repairs to prevent leaks if it rained prior to scheduled day, and follow through to gutter replacements. "Had an overall great experience with Sean and Charles at DPO. Job was to demo and replace deck boards and railings from rotted pine to composite and aluminum. Had been through something of a clown-show with a handful of other contractors before I reached out to DPO. The things that should be a given that DPO did well that were or would be lacking lacking with others: Responded promptly to texts/calls. Actually showed up to assess the job within a few days. Provided a timely quote. Provided updates on procurement of materials etc. Showed up as promised to start the job and knocked it out much faster than others claimed it would take. Responded to and rectified a minor issue quickly, within a day or two. Came in at a competitive price. Will be calling these guys again when I need something done and won't hesitate to name-drop to others."

"We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."
