Then once the stump was gone, came back to repave the whole surface. They added 2" of new asphalt to the entire driveway (large driveway and basketball area in back). Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily. They have demonstrated the flexibility to adjust to any existing conditions on site. I would highly recommend John Elliott general contractor for any in house or around the house work. "I purchased a ranch home with a finished basement in 2012 in Chester County. The sellers lied on the seller’s disclosure form and stated that the basement did not get any water. The first heavy rainstorm that we had left behind 2 inches of water in the entire basement. I had another basement waterproofing company come in to give me an estimate… naturally, after getting that estimate, I called a second company to compare, this time I called Access Basement Systems.
